[Needs Testing] Raid full fix, streamjs to js.tpl, emote fixes, old bugs, new bugs

Will O'Wisp requested to merge Wisp/pomf.tv-templates:main into main

Also needs pomf.tv & pomf.tv-chat-server merges

  • Mostly: streamjs chat related stuff moved to chat/js.tpl. Dashboard, stream, privatechat, popout all tweaked, all need testing.
  • Chatlog removed from menus where it does not make sense.
  • pomf-emotes.js updated to use Aba's new structure, "otherTags" removed entirely.
  • New kick screens for chat & stream, replacing the old redirect.
  • Other stuff I've forgotten.
