incorrect body selected for 13 year old visitor

• friendly traders arrived
• had a 13 year old with them wearing adult apparel
• when the 13 year old spawned, it loaded BodyTypeDef 'Child' instead of an adult body type
• missing texture until body type corrected with character editor
