Suggestion-Multiple Penises In Storage

Okay, this is going to sound ridiculous, but follow me here. The player can have a penis added or removed surgically at the hospital, and if they have it removed, it is basically kept in cold storage until they want it reattached. What if you had more than one penis like that, and could swap between them.

The only reason I bring this up is for the purposes of deepthroat orgasms and full body penetration, which are at the moment pretty much mutually exclusive. Any penis long enough to go all the way through is too long for almost any NPC (I’ve encountered exactly one exception that proves this rule) to take and get a deepthroat orgasm from.

I suppose the alternative to this idea would just be making it so that NPCs with the deep oral trait can handle a penis of any size and have a deepthroat orgasm once their oral skill has been maxed out.
