[Bug] Quest cannot be completed, target location no longer exists

I believe the quest is maybe "The Mysterious Note", where you have to deliver the politician's daughter to a lake house. For me, it's "Quest: Lakeside House" (not sure if that's dynamic). The issue is the location seems to be treated like any other in that it may disappear after a period of time (presumably to save space).

Additionally I tried using the smoke bomb at one point to see if that would at least trigger the quest to finally end, since I have nothing to complete it with, but that didn't work. So now there's 2 things blocking completion. Hoping that's accounted for in a fix, like just failing it or getting another chance so progress can continue.

The quest also didn't sound like it had a time limit to start it, and at this point I don't think it has one at all. So, I think it's also blocking new quests from starting.

Some context: After the major setback of a recent raid for something I didn't remember from weeks prior (in-game), I was reluctant to start something like this. So I just ignored it for a while, then eventually noticed the target's location disappeared. Not sure how long that was, but probably close to an in-game month. Hope that's helpful.
