[BUG] Multiple issues after Help Pepper quest

Finally encountered the quest. Aside from some minor grammar issues, including a couple instances near the end of the sequence (bury Adam and Polly path) where Pepper is referred to as Polly, there are some pretty substantial issues post-quest:

• If you adopt Pepper, Polly's ghost immediately appears in the house, assigned to the same bed as Pepper.
• During "treat" scenes, Pepper is called Polly when selecting options. Polly is not in the list of character sheets participating in the scene, but Pepper is.
• After a short period of time (2 hours, "treat" scene almost immediately initiated by Pepper, in this case), Polly will seem to vanish.
• If Pepper is assigned to a different bed, Polly remains assigned to her original bed. Being that she has vanished, she cannot be reassigned and the bed remains unusable.
