Suggestion: Easy ability to change others genders and some other qol

Like bringing someone to the hospital if they identify as a guy, you should be able to change their gender easier

A pill would be nice as well, like dick growth or gender swap pills for quick temporary changes if wanted

Bondage and tying someone to their bed should persist to the next day/days

A pill to force ovulation would also be very nice to see or a guaranteed pregnancy pill as to not leave it to chance, different than the increased jizz pill
