Suggestion - Ability to hire a dietitian and possibly an option in cheat mode to set BMI/body type for NPCS

As someone else pointed out in #436 (closed) , the NPCS, for whatever reason, seem to get fat/over-weight when they are on a normal diet. I'd do the weight loss pill thing however, due to having a household of over 11 NPCS, it's extremely tedious and I fear that something bad might happen if I just set it to a daily prescription. That being said, adding in a dietitian would be a decent solution to this. And the option in cheat mode would be there for people who prefer a cheatier play style
