Herm Players and npcs

Split gender into sex and gender: sex is which genitals they have; gender is how they are called. Allow npc generation of herm characters, with 50/50 chance of being each gender. Add age limits and generation percentage for herm characters. Split genitalVirginity and its achievements into penis and vagina versions. Change genitals from string to object with the form {"male": genital, "female": genital, all: string} Change all references to player gender to instead check hasPenis and hasPussy, which are newly added and determined by sex. Edit starting scene to allow herm players and allow the player to choose their pronouns.
