Not so small changes

I plan on adding more to this PR over the week.

• You can now use ctrl-j & ctrl-k to navigate the emote autocomplete list
• Fixed trailing semicolon after links (e.g. example.com/?a=1&)
• Fixed stream lock reason not displaying correctly
• Fixed VoDs aired date showing current date
• Site mods can see banned users' profiles & stream pages
• IP addresses are now "click to show" in /mastercontrol
• Linkify PM message history
• "Chat Log" button shows for the streamer
• Added emote-only chat

Requires: npm i linkifyjs linkify-element linkify-jquery

Requires: all other currently open PRs :D
