Small fixes

Fixes:

• Moderator notes now show for users who haven't set up their profiles
• Highlighting recent streamers with hidden streams now works
• Selecting emotes in the emote menu now displays them on the chat input box
• Use langtext in user profiles (requires pomf-languages!37 (merged))
• doEmotes now ignores cases
• Made autocomplete matches sub strings, not prefixes (the original behavior)
