New thoughtDef: sex with child (consensual)

It'd be nice to have an adult have a thought about having sex with a child, and whether or not they liked it thanks to their trait and/or ideology. it's simple, and while it doesn't necessarily require any additional DLC, but if you add my precept suggestion, it could meld well with this idea.

I feel the general logic should go something like this (forgive me if this is nonsense since I'm not a coder @_@):

if adult + child + consensual:
     if adult = "child lover trait" or ideology precept = "sex with children: honorable":
          had sex with child (positive)
     elif ideology precept = "sex with children: accepted":
          normal sex thoughtDef
     else:
          had sex with child (negative)

I'm not sure how this change will affect those who will uninstall the mod, since it's a thoughtDef. I also want this to specifically work with PE because of the trait.
