New precept: sex with children

just like the other two precepts I suggested, this precept is used to determine what everyone in the ideology thinks when it comes to child sex in general.

It will have the following thoughts: abhorrent, horrible, disapproved, accepted, and encouraged. the first 2 will have a low impact, the 3rd will have a medium impact, and the last 2 will have a high impact. The first 3 might disable the child lover trait, with the lower it gets, the worse they feel about the act. And the last two will not only agree with the trait, but will change how those without it will feel about sex with children.

There's not much more to this suggestion. I'm not sure if it's backwards incompatible... probably as much as any other precept added so far. The only mod this SHOULD require is this one.

OPTIONAL: add one more level above honorable: Exclusive. this will make it to where people are allowed to have sex ONLY with children.
