New meme: Pedophilia

Pedophilia will be a tier 3 meme that completely effects how and what precepts you're allowed to use and at what strength. below are the precepts this meme will effect:

• child marriage: this meme will require child marriage to either be accepted or honorable. It will NOT require this meme to have those conditions.
• raping children: it will NOT be required by the meme, but it WILL require the meme for the precept to be accepted or higher.
• harming children: this will be relatively unchanged for now, though in the future I will suggest what this meme will do to this precept.
• sex with children: This WILL be required by the meme to be accepted or higher, and it will require this meme to be encouraged (or higher depending on if the optional "exclusive" condition is added)

For now, this is all that will change with the pedophilia meme. In the future though, I might suggest a theme, such as adding loli sculptures and such. adding new traditions would be cool too, like a loli-centric breeding party, where children are the focal point of the sexual pleasures.
