add features necessary for general use of adult bodies on child pawns

  • When changing a child's body type, any apparel not compatible with the new body type will be dropped.
  • When using an adult body type, children will pick up and wear adult apparel for their adult body type.
  • If using an adult body for child pawns, then all adult apparel is set as wearable by children, and all child apparel is set as NOT wearable, since it will not render correctly on adult bodies.
  • If using the vanilla child body for child pawns, then all adult apparel is set as NOT wearable by children, and all child apparel is set as wearable.
