Update to use new api url
Add ability to cycle through pages so you can get more than 500 results (api is limit to 500 results now)
Add 2 new arguments pages and start pages
Save createdAt, nChats, nMessages, n_favorites, starCount, ratingsEnabled, rating, ratingCount, ratings from the card node
Add new sorting options for create date, downloads, favorites, messages, chats
Update readme to show new arguments
